I'm Rebecca Adehill. I moved to Australia from Sweden with nothing but a decision. No connections. No capital. No industry knowledge. Just an unwillingness to settle for ordinary.

I spent the next decade inside businesses. Thousands of them, globally. Learning what actually drives growth and what just looks like it does. I saw patterns everywhere — the same bottlenecks, the same ceilings, the same founder trapped in the centre of everything.

Then I built my own. Scaled an agency. Launched a consulting business from pure demand. Crossed seven figures in sales by January.

And then I hit the wall. The same wall every high-performing founder hits. The business was growing but it couldn't breathe without me.

So I did what I always do when the model breaks. I rebuilt it.

I installed an AI Chief of Staff into my business. Redesigned how the entire operation ran. Stripped 40% of delivery without touching the revenue. Got 20 hours back every week.

That's when Adehill became something bigger than me.
